Privacy
Simple and truthful
The music site uses a first-party, privacy-minded visit counter. It records at most one visit during a 30-minute browsing session, so refreshes do not increase the total. A random session value is hashed and retained briefly to reject duplicate requests; names, email addresses, raw IP addresses, and browsing histories are not stored by the counter. Recognized privacy signals and the owner’s signed-in browser are excluded. Visit totals are never sent to public pages and are available only in the owner’s sign-in-protected dashboard. The site does not use advertising trackers or a mailing-list form.
The on-page audio player loads a music file from this website only when you choose to play it. Search, catalog filters, mood recommendations, and saved favorites run in your browser. Favorites stay on your device and are not sent to Yah Legacy. The optional home-screen experience keeps a limited cache of public pages and artwork for faster return visits; it never caches the private owner dashboard or the full audio file. The share control uses your browser’s share feature or copies the page address; this site does not receive the destination you choose.
When you choose an official release, artist channel, Children’s Music Room, or Second Exodus link, you leave this website. DistroKid, YouTube Music, and the destination you choose have their own privacy practices.
This notice should be reviewed if broader analytics, a contact form, a mailing list, embedded media, or other data collection is added later.
